Shipping Rates

If you are not available to accept delivery of your shipment, the assigned courier company will provide a notification card advising you of the process for redelivery. If three (3) attempts in total are made to deliver your order, it will be returned to us. Redelivery will be at the expense of the customer.

Please allow up to 24 hours for order processing and shipping. Orders with express shipping selected will be prioritized and shipped the same day if placed before 1 PM PST. Tracking

Thank you for your purchase. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on products. We are unable to cancel and refund orders after they have been processed. After your order leaves our warehouse, for health and safety reasons, it is considered used and therefore non-returnable. This includes new items in original packaging. Upon arrival, please throughly inspect your products. If you find a manufacturer defect in any product we sell, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery, and we will replace it with the same item.
