REFUNDS
All sales are final and no refund will be issued.
Thank you for your purchase.
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on products.
We are unable to cancel and refund orders after they have been processed.
After your order leaves our warehouse, for health and safety reasons, it is considered used and therefore non-returnable. This includes new items in original packaging.
Upon arrival, please throughly inspect your products. If you find a manufacturer defect in any product we sell, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery, and we will replace it with the same item.
