Our Affiliates earn commissions based on eligible sales generated through their referral efforts. Typically, this commission is calculated as a percentage of the total sale amount (excluding taxes and shipping fees). We wish to inform you that these payouts to our Affiliates occur once a month on the 24th day of each month.

This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between 24LuXe, LLC, with its principal place of business at 6595 Roswell Road, Suite G-6749, Atlanta, GA 30328 ("Company"), and the individual or entity agreeing to these terms ("Affiliate"). This Agreement is effective as of November 1, 2023.

1. Definitions

1.1 Affiliate: Refers to the individual or entity entering into this Agreement with the Company to promote Company's products or services.

1.2 Commission: The compensation payable to the Affiliate by the Company, calculated as 5% of the total sale amount (excluding taxes and shipping fees) generated through Affiliate's promotional efforts.

1.3 Minimum Payout: The minimum commission threshold that must be reached before a payout is initiated, which is set at $24.

1.4 Effective Date: The date on which this Agreement becomes effective, as specified above.

1.5 Company Website: The official website of 24LuXe, LLC, accessible at [Https://24-luxe.com].

1.6 Affiliate Portal: The online platform provided by the Company where Affiliates can register, log in, access marketing materials, and monitor their referrals. The Affiliate Portal is accessible at [Https://affiliate.24-luxe.com/partner/signIn].

2. Affiliate Program

2.1 Promotion: Affiliate agrees to promote Company's products and services using ethical and compliant marketing practices. Affiliate shall use its best efforts to market Company's products and drive traffic to Company's website, [Https://24-luxe.com].

2.2 Registration: Affiliates can register for the Company's Affiliate Program by visiting the Affiliate Portal at [Https://affiliate.24-luxe.com/partner/signIn] and completing the registration process.

2.3 Commission: Affiliate shall receive a commission equal to 5% of the total sale amount (excluding taxes and shipping fees) generated through their referral efforts.

3. Commission Payment

3.1 Payment Frequency: Commissions shall be paid to the Affiliate on the 24th day of each month for the previous month's eligible sales.

3.2 Payment Method: Payments will be made to the Affiliate via the payment method specified in the Affiliate Portal. The Affiliate is responsible for ensuring that their payment information is accurate and up to date.

3.3 Minimum Payout: Affiliate's commissions must accumulate to a minimum of $24 before a payout is initiated. If the minimum payout threshold is not reached, commissions will be carried forward to the next payout cycle until the threshold is met.

4. Term and Termination

4.1 Term: This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue indefinitely unless terminated by either party with written notice.

4.2 Termination for Cause: Either party may terminate this Agreement for cause if the other party breaches any material provision and fails to remedy the breach within 7 days of receiving written notice.

4.3 Termination for Convenience: Either party may terminate this Agreement for convenience by providing [Notice Period] days' written notice.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information or trade secrets disclosed during the course of this Agreement.

6. Miscellaneous

6.1 Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

6.2 Entire Agreement: This Agreement represents the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.

6.3 Amendment: This Agreement may only be amended in writing and signed by both parties.
