    Shipping Rates

    Shipping costs are determined during the checkout process before payment. Rates are based on the chosen delivery time and the shipping weight of the order, utilizing the most cost-effective carrier.

    Please be reminded that you may have to sign acceptance for your ordered when it is delivered. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, your order will be couriered to you on the next available working day.

    If you are not available to accept delivery of your shipment, the assigned courier company will provide a notification card advising you of the process for redelivery. If three (3) attempts in total are made to deliver your order, it will be returned to us. Redelivery will be at the expense of the customer.

    Please allow up to 24 hours for order processing and shipping. Orders with express shipping selected will be prioritized and shipped the same day if placed before 1 PM PST. While we strive to ship orders promptly, we cannot guarantee weekend deliveries. For estimated delivery times, please consider the timeframe of Monday through Friday.

    In the event of a backorder, you will be notified via email. Backordered items will be shipped as they become available at no additional shipping charge.     Tracking

    We use courier companies like FedEx, USPS, DHL, and USPS that provide tracking information and keep you updated regarding the same after your placed order has been processed. All tracking numbers will be emailed once the order is processed and shipped. International shipments will be shipped via USPS Priority and USPS International which are subject to import taxes and duties by the destination country upon receipt which is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

    REFUNDS

    All sales are final and no refund will be issued. 

    Thank you for your purchase. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on products. We are unable to cancel and refund orders after they have been processed. After your order leaves our warehouse, for health and safety reasons, it is considered used and therefore non-returnable. This includes new items in original packaging.  Upon arrival, please throughly inspect your products. If you find a manufacturer defect in any product we sell, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery, and we will replace it with the same item.  We’re happy to assist with making an informed decision on the best products for your desires.
