Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are determined during the checkout process before payment. Rates are based on the chosen delivery time and the shipping weight of the order, utilizing the most cost-effective carrier.

Please be reminded that you may have to sign acceptance for your ordered when it is delivered. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, your order will be couriered to you on the next available working day.

If you are not available to accept delivery of your shipment, the assigned courier company will provide a notification card advising you of the process for redelivery. If three (3) attempts in total are made to deliver your order, it will be returned to us. Redelivery will be at the expense of the customer.

Please allow up to 24 hours for order processing and shipping. Orders with express shipping selected will be prioritized and shipped the same day if placed before 1 PM PST. In the event of a backorder, you will be notified via email. Backordered items will be shipped as they become available at no additional shipping charge.
